LINKWARE
Terms of Use

Please do not use my websets on any sites which promote hatred of any kind, violence, or animal abuse.

You do not have to set up the websets like I have done them. Nor do you have to use all of the graphic pieces. However, please do not mix and match with any other set, including those of others.

Since these sets are "linkware", you must place the logos on each of the sets. Please link my logo to my website URL, as well as linking Outlaw by Design's logo to Kel's website. The URL's for both will be given to you with the webset html.

Please email me with Web Set Request in the Subject line of your email. Let me know which web set you are interested in using as linkware and I will send you the graphics in a zip file via email. The email address you provide me with will only be used for the purpose of emailing you the requested zip file. It will not be used for "spam" purposes and will be kept confidential.

I hope that in the near future I will be able to provide zip files for all of my websets and that you will be able to download the zip file for the set you want to use as linkware instead of having to email me for the graphic's set zip file.

PURCHASE PRICE

Each of these sets can be purchased for $25.00 each. If you would like another Title, there will be an additional cost of $5.00.

Michigan residents will also be charged 6% Sales Tax.

Once a set is purchased it will no longer be offered to the public. However, Truly Yours Designs will still retain the Copyright to the finished product and you must keep my logo on each set.

Unless otherwise noted by a logo at the bottom of the websets, all of the tubes used to make my sets were either made by Outlaw by Design, PSP7, or myself.

Also, since Outlaw by Design owns the Copyright to the majority of the beautiful tubes I have used to make these sets, please keep Kel's logo on each set as well.

If you are interested in purchasing any of these websets, please email me with Web Set Request in the Subject line of your email. I will then email you with further payment instructions and more payment information. After payment has been received I will send you the web set in a zip file.
